In 2005, Chef Barbara searched for ways to juggle work and care for her two children, Desiree and Daylan. Inspired by them she used her cooking talents to sell meals in her community. The requests grew from daily meals service to weddings and larger events, thus D&D Catering - a Minority Woman-Owned catering company was born.
