Chef Lori found her passion for the culinary arts after years of entertaining and cooking for friends and family. She decided to attend Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta where she graduated with honors and earned her associates degree. She completed her internship at the Ritz Carlton Atlanta working at the Atlanta Grill. She became interested in learning about sustainable food and the use of local ingredients in season. She joined the staff at The Inn at Serenebe and The Farmhouse Restaurant where they specialize in farm to table. Chef Lori is culinary certified through the American Culinary Federation. She has been trained in servsaf and HACCP. She enjoys expressing her passion through her food and being able to share it with others.
