Eventscapes started as a plant rental service in 2004 when husband and wife team, Jeff and Linda Robinson, bought the business. Soon, with their combined creativity and enthusiasm, transformed Eventscapes into a full-service design and rental company, helping couples create the wedding of their dreams from budget-friendly venues. From lighting to linens and from floral to props, the perfect décor sets the mood and atmosphere for the perfect event. From corporate galas to themed events and everything in between, Eventscapes provides exceptional event décor, design, and production services for the Greater Bay Area, Santa Cruz, and the Monterey Bay. We specialize in transforming spaces, creating out-of-this-world designs, and delivering top-notch event production and management services. And if you still have not found the perfect place for your big day, we also offer two unique and private event and wedding venues that are sure to wow your guests!  We truly are a one-stop shop for all your event needs. Our services include lighting, themed props and décor, lounge furniture, floral, tablescapes, ceiling treatments, drapery, ceremony décor, plant rentals, and full -service event planning and production. However, unlike a will-call event rental company, Eventscapes provides full-service event design and all of our décor elements include delivery and installation by our fully qualified professional team. Eventscapes Inc. provides venue designs and rental services for all types of wedding styles and venues. They offer in-house construction, onsite installation of your event decor, and a nursery of plants to rent for your wedding arrangements. They will help you design your event space based on a theme, choose decor items, construct specific items and install everything before you do your walk-through of the venue. Available rental items include:

  • Drapery
  • Themed props
  • Lighting and ceiling treatments,
  • Flowers, water fixtures, live trees, and blooming plants
Other Services
In addition to Eventscapes Inc., The Robinsons also manage two wedding venues. The Villa Manresa is nestled on La Selva Beach, with plenty of ope greenery space and a maximum capacity of 200 guests. The Little Bee Barn provides rustic, country-chic ambiance, with a capacity of 300 guests.
