Italic Catering, formerly Roots is the newest innovation from The Gourmet Kitchen Catering which has been serving the Denver Metro since 2002. It combines the catering business with the venue previously known as Copper Leaf Gardens. Italic was founded on the belief that food connects us to our culture. The owners opened Italic to satisfy the yearning of people to experience foods from their travels or their home country. Italic strives to be a diverse caterer, and event center with focus on employee and environmental sustainability. We also have a restaurant in Longmont.
