With over two decades of experience as the head banquet chef at a Brainerd Lakes Area resort, Mike wanted to bring his talents to a new market in the area. He realizes that food is the root of gathering and loves to help bring people together by catering their events. Mike loves all things outdoors, in the summer you can find him on a lake fishing or in the woods hunting. He also loves cheering his kids on in their activities all year long.
