Started by Gilbert and Josephine Morejon in 1968, Latam Catering has evolved from a small, family owned restaurant in West Tampa to a large, well known catering company. David Morejon carried on the name and traditional meals while infusing some new age items over the years. After the transition to just catering, David brought on his daughter Jessica and the two now run the business as a team. Talk about the American Dream. 3 generations in and still going strong
