Olympia traces its roots back to 1924 when Jose and Carlotta Diaz opened their bakery on Nebraska Ave. in Ybor City. Recent immigrants from Spain, they started a long standing family tradition of producing fine pastries and cakes. For the last 20 years, Olympia has focused mainly on full-service catering for all type of special events. Serving groups from of 10 to over 2000 guests, excellence in proving delicious cusine and exemplary service are associated with the Olympia brand. This year Olympia will celebrate 100 years in serving the greater Tampabay region.
