Owner Douglas Bolton focuses on using only locally sourced, organic ingredients to create unforgettable flavors that will delight the palettes of loved ones. From an early age, I have always loved to cook. I was 7 the first time. The story starts with me being greedy and wanting Chinese food—shrimp & broccoli to be exact. I eagerly ran upstairs and demanded that my sister make this for me and I'm only 7 so.. get to work, sis! She refuses, but then suggests something more outrageous. "If you want it, make it yourself." So I did. After dinner, my parents complimented my sister on the delicious dinner. She tells them she didn't cook this... Douglas did.  For the last 17 years, I have worked in the hospitality industry. I have held every position from serving tables to management. My career started in a family friendly environment & warm atmosphere. I spent 7 years learning everything that they had to offer. I, then, wanted a new challenge—fine dining. I joined the number one restaurateurs in MD. There, I learned what the finer points of service truly meant. At Phresh Catering, I aim to combine the warm, family feeling with flawless execution.
