In this industry, customer service is key, and now, with the creation of Sapphire Catering, we can make sure our customers get 100% from all of us on every event. I hold two advanced degrees in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Arizona, so I work closely with our chef's to create meals that are nutritionally balanced. We prepare these meals with fresh ingredients and by using cooking methods that enhance flavor without added salt and fat. We provide meals for Major League Baseball teams during Spring Training that are customized to provide balanced nutrition for world-class athletes, but we can also host the most decadent dessert bar you've ever seen.
