Your guests will judge you based on the quality of food that you provide for them – I am here to make you the hero.” Executive Chef Robert Zello has been a true culinary leader for over 30 years, designing and implementing innovative menus and motivating staff. He received his culinary degree from Westmoreland/Laurel Highlands near his hometown of Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Prior to starting his own company in 1999, Chef “Z” operated full-service banquet & restaurant kitchens at Fairview Park Marriott, Tysons Corner Marriott, Bretton Woods Golf and Country Club as well as Washington Golf and County Club.
