What to expect in your Vacation Home:o A screened in private swimming pool, pool deck with lounge chairs. o Telephone, cable TV, central air conditioning and heating, washing machine and dryer. o A spacious kitchen equipped with a range oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses for the maximum number of occupants. o Dining areas with tables and chairs accommodate a minimum of 4 guests with many accommodating all guests. o Living areas are furnished with a minimum of a sleeper sofa, love seat, television, tables and lamps. o Master bedrooms with a King or Queen bed with an en-suite or adjoining full bath. o Additional rooms with either double twin beds and at least another full bath. o A supply of towels and linens accommodating all guests are provided.o All homes include a baby crib and a high chair at no additional charge.o Tennis Courts and Children's playgrounds in most locations. o Vacation homes are cleaned prior to arrival. Any cleaning during the guest stay is arranged and paid for locally to the management company.o All vacation home are only minutes away from a large selection of restaurants and shops and conveniently located from 10 to 20 minutes drive to Disney World attraction parks. o Homes maximum occupancy: 3 bedroom home (sleeps 6-8), 4 bedroom (sleeps 8-10), and 5 & 6 bedroom (sleeps 12-14).o Condo Resorts feature many amenities such as swimming pool, Tennis courts, children playground, club house, etc..o A car is highly recommended for guests staying in these Disney Area Vacation Homes as public transportation is very limited.
