Located in West Seattle’s Alaska Junction, the Alki Masonic Temple is a beautiful 8,000 square foot building. The banquet hall features a newly renovated stage along with a state of the art projector, sound system and Wi-Fi. The Hall rental fees for private events start at $300 plus an additional $250.00-$500.00 security/damage deposit that is refundable. The 4,000 square foot room will seat up to 250 with a designated dance floor. Tables (8’ rectangle and/or 60″ rounds) and chairs are included in the rental fee. If alcohol is to be served, a Banquet Permit and private security is required. There is a commercial kitchen that may be used by any licensed caterer or anyone with a food handling permit. The building is handicap accessible. The Alki Masonic Center is a favorite choice for large gatherings.
