I give all aspects of this hotel/suite a five star. The suite was clean, the front desk customer service was stellar. Lobby was always clean. All staff members I came in contact with were helpful and professional. I've been a steady, loyal client at "Allure" for well over 15 years. I always choose to stay there when in Fort Myers because I feel like I'm home. The entire staff is kind, courteous and professional.
