All of our espresso drinks are made using our in-house syrups that we pair with Herkimer roasted coffee beans and we offer loose-leaf teas from Pike Place Markets' World Spice Merchants. You will find other scratch beverages like our Brazilian Varietal Cold Brew selections, Vietnamese Coffee, Kombucha Creams, and Sparkling Sodas! Our artisan sandwiches and salads include slow-roasted & dry-cured meats or house-prepared vegan options. We combine our sandwiches with scratch sauces, local farmers' produce, and bread provided by Macrina Bakery.
