Our unique venue consists of two buildings that were joined in 2008, one built in 1915 and the other in 1955. Renters have their choice of the downstairs and patio, or upstairs media room. Both indoor areas are air-conditioned and heated. CACHE, The Center for Art, Culture, and History-Exeter offers you your choice of our upstairs room and kitchenette, our downstairs room and outdoor patio with kitchenette, or the entire facility.
