We were really impressed with the staff in the entire casino! Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, loved the valet staff! Clean hotel with amazing, amazing staff! I was treated like a family member. Clean and nice, modern rooms. One of the best on the block with clean room and tons of food options. Hotel, and more specifically the room itself, were spotless. Found nothing that didn't work as expected. The room was a good size and amenities were great. We've stayed at maybe a dozen places in the Windsor area and we'll be looking here first next time we're back. This day was excellent. Comfort within the room was great. Staff at front counter and check in were outstanding. Hotel room was very clean and had lots of space. I was on the seventh floor and had a beautiful view of the river. I had a wonderful time at the casino and I will be coming again to check out the lounges and steakhouse in the hotel. Lots to do in the hotel and in downtown Windsor. Only feedback would be the parking lot is a bit confusing to navigate and is quite a distance from the hotel. This a great hotel for a staycation! Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff! Quick and easy check in and out. Bed was comfy, room was clean. I slept like a baby!
