About

Our ballrooms reach sky-high, and our boardrooms exude sophistication. From corporate meetings to dream weddings, our inspiring backdrops will stay at the forefront of your guests’ minds. Take a cue from Colorado’s greatest thinkers and doers by hosting your event in their eponymous event spaces, each as distinct as the figure they were inspired by. Intimately sweet or epically extravagant, your wedding day is a reflection of your unique love story. Make every moment a milestone in venues that will take you from a heartfelt reception to an unforgettable after-party and everything in between. Warm and elegant creams and golds set a subtle yet sparkly stage for your corporate event, fundraising gala, family celebrations, or wedding. Our ballroom is a nod to Margaret Brown, known as the “Unsinkable Molly Brown” for surviving the sinking of the Titanic and a well-loved Denver socialite, world-traveler, and philanthropist for the poor and women’s suffrage. Modern wall sconces as well as natural light from central, sweeping skylights, illuminate the large space, which feels magically both intimate and expansive. While its namesake Richens “Uncle Dick” Wootton preferred to get down to dealing by breaking open barrels of whiskey and offering it to any takers, we opted for a flexible meeting room with an impressive space designed to fit your function. We’ve kitted it out with the furniture and flexibility to ensure success, including the option to be divided into two for breakout rooms or multi-purpose planning. Leather and wood create a classic boardroom vibe in a space named for one of Colorado’s most inspirational women. Already a teacher in her teens, Emily Griffith believed in the transformative power of education for all, regardless of background. Her revolutionary Denver school, Opportunity, provided free education, and a second chance, as the world’s first school geared to provide basic adult education and training. Stakeholder meetings and small gatherings are infused with a sense of connection and shared purpose just like Ms Griffith would have wanted.
