Established in 2018, this venue sits on the highest hill in Madison county overlooking beautiful creek bottom. The view includes a setting overlooking 180 acres for couples to create their dream day from the ground up. Its expansive outdoors, climate-controlled indoor spaces, and all-inclusive services are designed to make visitors feel welcome from the start. Facilities and Capacity Couples that wish to say their vows at Fannin Oaks Venue will have three event spaces to choose from. For open-air ceremonies, the estate features a stained concrete aisle that leads to an elevated, circular platform to use as an altar. The lush manicured lawns, serene pond, and flourishing oak trees surround the space, and creates a picturesque backdrop. Its architecture makes it ideal for guests to design their aisle runners, arches, and other forms of decoration to make their special day truly theirs. For indoor celebrations, the main venue hall, The Pavilion, has 7500 square feet of floor space that can seat up to 300 guests during receptions. Inside features an eye-catching statement wall, and large windows for plenty of natural lighting and a breathtaking view of the landscape. A detailed chandelier hangs from the vaulted ceiling to add an elegant touch to any aesthetic. The painted white interior and minimalist detail acts as a blank canvas for soon-to-be-weds to curate their ideal nuptial vision. It also offers dimmable lights to create any desired ambience. Engaged duos and their wedding parties can prepare in style in the Fannin House, a ranch-style house that stands at 3,250 square feet. Couples can relax on the lounge furniture in the sitting room beside the floor-to-ceiling mantle and fireplace. Inside offers salon-style mirrors and makeup stations to ensure that you and your entourage look and feel your best. A vintage windmill rests outside, and makes for creative photo sessions and first looks. In addition, the property has a grooms house that include 2 bedroom and 2 baths and a great porch for relaxing In addition, we offer another property which has a golf course, restaurant/bar, large and small event room, and a 2 bedroom one bath house great for smaller more intimate wedding (125) or hosting your rehearsal dinner Services Offered Tables, chairs, and decorative pieces will be made available to you, and can be arranged into any formation that you prefer. The team’s onsite property manager and event coordinator will be present throughout your celebration, to make sure everything goes smoothly. Your caterers and servers will have access to the onsite prep kitchen to create their hors d’oeuvres and entrees for you and your guests. Parking is available onsite for up to 125 cars, and is well-lit for guests leaving late in the evening. Outside of the main wedding day, Fannin Oaks Venue can be used for rehearsal dinners, and romantic engagement photo sessions. Our staff is available to do as much for you as you need. We are a turnkey property with availability of cater, floral designer, linens, coordinator, and photographer. We also offer packages that allow overnight stay for guest outside of our community.
