About

The Glass House works to influence culture and connect communities.

To build an urban utopia just north of downtown MPLS. Glass House is shaping itself to become a creative enclave, centered between the historic farmers market and the soon to be light rail stop within the root district.

Over the last several years, Glass House has become the headquarters for the industrious glass blowing factory (Hennepin Made), a minimlist cafe (Parallel), a space for creative happenings, a retreat for artists, and an unlikely center for cultural exploration.

Today, it is becoming a place for cultural exchange, and a gathering place to empower ideas and the people behind those ideas in MPLS.

With deep respect we would like to address the sacred land upon which the Glass House site is located in Minneapolis. This landed was ceded from the Indigenous nations of the Dakota, Ojibwe, and other Native peoples. Please take the time to learn more, and with that we will be committing to Indigenous representation through our programming in the hopes of starting the healing process over these lands. Holden Room features a wide-open space can be made to feel expansive or intimate – and is complete with modern amenities, including custom 8' mobile walls, live plants + trees & handcrafted light fixtures from Hennepin Made. Flooded with natural light, this modern-industrial space is perfect for corporate dinners, weddings + cocktail parties.
