Hall 31 is a family-owned business that established in the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Previously a neighborhood tavern, over the last year, Hall 31 has been fully revamped into a polished event venue. With a foundation that was created in the late 19th century, Hall 31 was originally built as a Schlitz Tied House. The name Schlitz comes from the Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Tied Houses were created to allow brewing companies to exclusively sell their own products in their own establishments. The original Schlitz Style Mahogany bar has been restored and is still a part of this historic building located in the heart of South Omaha.
