Located at 1763 N St. NW, Washington D.C., in the heart of Dupont Circle, the Keiser House serves as the perfect location for a range of private and public events.  The townhouses at 1761 and 1763 N St. NW were built in 1865 and were later purchased by MEI founder George Camp Keiser to house the Institute. In 2019, the building underwent a total renovation, combining the two facades into a single structure at 23,370 square feet.  The Keiser House has been the destination for corporate events, diplomatic receptions, and family celebrations throughout its history, and offers a unique backdrop for your next gathering.  The building features :

  • A newly designed art gallery (Capacity: 200 standing) 
  • An enclosed brick courtyard, featuring a historic Damascus fountain
