The fully air conditioned 2500 sq. ft. building has over 2000 sq. ft. of open floor space. There is a sauna and cold plunge facility (we are happy to add these to your booking for an additional charge – please inquire prior to finalizing your booking.) There are 3 elegantly finished restrooms, each with its own shower. During the day, the space is utilized for private fitness training.
There are 3 large TVs that can be used for streaming video, pictures, presentations, and much more. Utilize them as training tools during a workshop, to provide fun slide shows during an event, to deliver a presentation deck during a corporate retreat, and much more.
A high end sound system is perfect for playing music of your choice, streamed directly from your phone.
