History
The building was established in 1862. It was originally a textile mill that produced blankets and uniforms for soldiers in the Civil War. In fact, “moulin” means “mill” in French.
Location
Moulin by Brûlée Catering is near the Schuylkill River. It is 17 minutes from the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and various historical landmarks and museums. The venue is also 24 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport, 15 minutes from University of Pennsylvania and less than an hour from New Jersey.
