America's Best Inn & Suites is located in the heart of Lincoln City, halfway between Chinook Winds Casino and The Tanger Outlet Mall. We are also only .25 miles from the D-River Beach access. We have single queen, double queen, and King Suites available. Our rooms come with refrigerators, microwaves, dvd players, iron's and ironing boards. We serve a continental breakfast including hot Belgian waffles, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, and Bagels with cream cheese. Our facility also has a spa and sauna for guest use.
