Rivet: Canteen and Assembly is a historic wedding venue located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. The property dates back to 1714 and was once the site of the town’s first iron forge, owned and operated by state founder William Penn. The land now houses a premier music and event venue that is decorated with period touches throughout. These vintage artefacts pay homage to the many industrial trades, such as metalworking, that allowed the United States to flourish. This building is the perfect spot for celebrations with a country, rustic, or industrial-chic theme.
Facilities and Capacity
Rivet: Canteen and Assembly boasts more than 5,000 square feet of event space that can be customized to suit your needs and preferences. Six different rooms accommodate 250 guests for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions, as well as pre-wedding events such as engagement parties and rehearsal dinners. The largest of these is The Foundry Hall, which features a 12x10-foot stage with a state-of-the-art sound system. This banquet hall also comes with a steampunk-style bar where you can order local beer and craft cocktails. Drinks can also be enjoyed in The Forge: Coffeehouse, which serves coffee and tea, and outside on the Potts Terrace. The Landing, a comfortable lounge, can also be utilized throughout the festivities, as can The Mill Room. This conference room is furnished with retro lanterns and shelves of books, which give it a charming library feel. Finally, a hospitality suite called Union Quarters can be used for getting ready with your wedding party.

The stage in The Foundry Hall is also equipped with smart lighting that will delight your guests during live performances.
