Beautiful 6,000 square foot warehouse space located in the heart of RiNo. This vanilla box space has a full photo studio built out, as well as 5,000 square feet of open event and activity space. The space has a bathroom, Wi-Fi, A/C and heating, as well as 5 parking spots located immediately in front. We have hosted events ranging from charity events, birthday parties and corporate educations to community powered vendor events and fashion runway shows. The space is pretty bare bones/vanilla box which makes it great for any purpose. We are looking to share this space for rental and hope to work with some interesting people and organizations.
