Situated in the heart of Williamson County, this destination was formerly the McConnell House and has seen many a happy occasion pass through its doors. Whether you want to host your special day or other aspects of your nuptials, this location's historic appeal, beautiful décor, and versatile configurations provide the perfect backdrop. The History and Culture Center is more than just a wedding venue. It is an interactive exhibition showcasing the community's work and history. This impressive building covers more than 6,000 square feet of space and has plenty of options when it comes to your nuptials. Throughout the building, you will enjoy a mix of chic industrial decor mixed with touches of classic elegance. Couples can start their big day in well-equipped get-ready rooms, where they can relax and prep before the festivities. From there, you can journey to the ceremony area, where you can say your 'I dos' and become a married pair. Up to 200 guests can be accommodated reception style, or only 100 should you prefer a seated dinner. The History and Culture Center team of experts will collaborate with couples, families, and wedding planners to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. The venue allows outside vendors, making it easy to personalize your event to your exact specifications. For food, you can either work with their talented caterer or hire your own. Additionally, for maximum convenience, there are also parking facilities available for use.
