Facilities and Capacity There are both indoor and outdoor options for your wedding at The Walters Farm. Among these choices is the Event Barn. This space has enough room to accommodate events of up to 300 individuals and has dressing rooms on the second floor for your convenience. There are also locations outside throughout the farm that you can enjoy for your nuptials. One of them is neighboring a pond, giving you tranquil, waterfront views. Services Offered Throughout The Walters Farm, there are numerous entertainment opportunities for your guests. Among them is a playground that keeps young ones busy while the reception is happening. There are also walks along the Walnut River where guests can take in the scenery. Tables and chairs are provided to make setting up for your big day easier. For your wedding, you get the entire day to celebrate and to take care of any details onsite before the celebrations are set to begin. In addition, you may come the day before your wedding for a three-hour time period to decorate or to celebrate your rehearsal dinner. History The farm is owned and operated by Caroll and Becky Walters. With over 1700 total acreage on the farm, there are 73 acres just for pumpkins, providing an idyllic backdrop for your “I dos”. The farm has been owned by multiple generations of the same family, with the youngest members frequently returning to this picturesque locale.
