Couples looking for a lake house setting in which to exchange their vows will find just what they are looking for at the Windmill Winery, a wedding venue located in Florence, Arizona. Even though you are situated in the middle of a desert, you will feel as if you have been transported to an elegant Hamptons-style lake house. With mountains and rural beauty surrounding you everywhere you turn, you will be in a one-of-a-kind setting on your wedding day. Facilities and Capacity The 100-year-old Barn at Windmill Winery provides couples with a historic yet elegant site. This 5,000-square-foot space is ideal for hosting receptions. Couples will be happy to know that this space is highly versatile and can accommodate a wide variety of styles and sizes. If you choose the Barn for your reception, you have two site options for your ceremony. The first option is the Arches. This space incorporates historic bricks to create a romantic and historic setting. The other option is the Twisted Tree, which is situated on a lush green lawn. When using the Barn and your choice of the two ceremony sites, your wedding party will get to use the Barn Bridal Cottage and the Groom’s Room. Another site option on the property is the Lake House. With its café lights and wood accents, couples will have a rich and natural backdrop for their ceremony. Just like with the Barn, your wedding party will have access to a Bridal Bungalow and a Gentleman’s Quarters where your parties can get ready. These sites can accommodate up to 300 of your friends and family.
